Prayer ministry

“Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven!” (Gospel of Matthew 18:19)

The main objective of a PRAYER MINISTRY is spiritual building up of a local church. It unites those people who have an inner call to devote to a prayer more time than usual. First of all, it is prayers for the basic church needs. This ministry also includes prayers for people's personal needs, for different emerging situations, for residents of the city and region, and so forth.

For each city, for each area, each family and the personality there is an irreconcilable war going on in the spiritual world. Therefore, one more important direction of a prayer ministry is an intercession prayer. In the Bible there are examples of how exactly it was done by God's servants. They identified themselves with their people, repented for its sins and appealed for God's mercy:

(Nehemiah 1:3-11) Intercession of Nehemiah for the city and its inhabitants;

(Numbers 14:11-20) Intercession of Moses for the people;

(Daniel 9:3-23) Intercession of Daniel;

(Ezra 9:5-15) Ezra's Intercession.

We believe in a mighty power of the church's prayer. A great amount of testimonies received by us proves this. God has given to church such power:

“And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven (Gospel of Matthew 16:19)
